In a relationship, it's easy to become blinded by our own expectations. Your spouse is not a second choice. Are you willing to change your choices?
Life is full of choices. You have many options. Yet it doesn't just have to be the choices that you see. You may need to look deeper within not only yourself, but your spouse.

The success of a relationship takes two and that means that you must notice and consider the two in the relationship.
Looking at yourself as number one is easy. However, we tend to leave out the one who matters most, our spouse.
Living in your every day can be full of awesomeness. But if you get hooked only on you, then your choices focus on what you see as important and pertinent. Your mind is set. And then from there, you consistently build what you know in your mind.
In order to change your mind, you have to change your choices. Actions create impact and reinforce our beliefs.
Change is how we grow.
Why would you want to stunt your own growth and the growth of your relationship?
Part of a maturing marriage is learning to see each other not for who we want to see, but who is in front of us.
You should do the right thing not because someone is watching. But because it is the right thing.

And to my surprise, I respond, "Yea! Who else would I be? This is me."
- See your spouse.
