Klein the comic book writer behind IDW Publishing's Crashing as well as a number of webcomics on Tapas. While not writing or pitching comics, Klein works in U.S. Comic Market Sales for Penguin Random House. In 2025, Matthew launched a podcast to discuss the making, marketing, and selling of comic books with industry professionals and more. His first few episodes featured previous guests of the Capes and Tights Podcast including writer Alex Segura and editor Heather Antos.
