Being human means being imperfect. It means making mistakes — but also loving, laughing, learning, growing, changing, and truly living. Being human means you matter. It means you have infinite value.  This podcast is all about embracing the human experience, especially the beauty of imperfection. Our weaknesses give us the chance to grow and turn them into strengths.   Being human is a life full of stories, relationships, faith, and growth. Psychology helps us better understand what it means to be human, and I love sharing insights and lessons I learn along the way.
