Today on the podcast I am chatting with a past coach of mine, Helen Geay who is a Life Coach for women who want to heal and reclaim their feminine power.  Helen has made such a big impact on my life and expanded my experience when it comes to deep sub conscious work and it was inevitable that I would bring her on to the podcast so you can all feel her energy too :)

As someone who operates from very masculine structures, it has been a weight lifted off my shoulders doing this work and understanding that by moving between both energies, I can tap into different sides of myself and bring so much more to the table.  Feeling well balanced and having a clear understanding of your energy allows you to flow between both as you see fit.

 

We speak about how the feminine energy can help support you in business.  Believe it or not - constantly operating in your masculine in business can only get you so far.  Again, by finding that balance, you access so many more possibilities in your business, and within yourself.  Entrepreneurship is inheritantly built on the idea that we must constantly push to get what we want.  But what if we were open to receiving instead?
