SEAL focuses on art, music, dance, and drama and they integrate with the 5 SEL competencies. The awesome thing is that the possibilities are endless when it comes to incorporating SEAL into the music room. Incorporating SEAL isn’t one more thing to do but it’s understanding what you’re already doing and building upon that, and in this episode Elizabeth Peterson does a great job explaining how exactly to do that.
