*IMPORTANT NOTE*
Due to some road closures, we are unable to get home (to my recording equipment!). So, here’s what we’re going to do... I am going to give you a text and 30 minutes of relaxing background music to have your own quiet time with!
Exodus 6:1-12 (verse 13 in some translations... stop when you get to the genealogies)
Read through it a couple of times... focus on words and sentences that stand out to you, and make notes of everything that strikes you.
Ask yourself questions to journal about and find answers to in the text, like:
What can I learn about God and His character in this text? What can I learn about people and our nature? What can I learn about our relationship with God and other people? How can I see Jesus and the gospel in this text? How does this apply to me?
Spend some time writing, thinking, memorizing and praying!
