Steven Coutinho is a banker, university lecturer and author who lives in Curaçao. His career has taken him from consultancy, to economic policy advisor, to managing director of Canada’s largest bank in the Caribbean. He is currently Chairman of Aqualectra and member of the Socio-Economic Council of Curaçao.
