What the hell is up stars? Well, most poignantly, this ongoing panini and all that it requires of us. That is, patience, resilience and flexibility amidst changing plans. Due to COVID-inspired plan changes, I present to you a THROW BACK episode featuring the inspired, talented, and compassionate Ings, Lullaby-rock extraordinaire. This episode originally aired in August of 2019 and offered clarity on all kinds of questions I had about authentic creativity. How do we create mindfully, joyfully and kindly? This episode had a bit of a slower and more wandering pace than my newer episodes. It's a marker of growth and change, but still one I cherish because of the hyggeligt nature of Ings' and I's artful conversation over a crunchy Kransekake.
