-Reminder yourself of your strengths right now - What have been your most successful projects to date and why?

...Time to learn to negotiate:
-To your employer an exit is a mainly commercial rather than a legal consideration.
-Your most rational response is to be prepared - by learning to negotiate.
-Being prepared reduces some of the 'shock and doubt' that results.
-By 2022 - what does your ideal week look like?
-By 2022 - what and with whom will you be working?
-Learn to Ask so you can open career paths and be appropriately rewarded for the value you add.
