Suicide. It's a hard word to read, or even think about, sometimes. It can be uncomfortable for all of us, more so for others. But I feel we need to talk about it more. I'm not a doctor, therapist or counsellor. But this is my perspective of it from someone who has suicidal thoughts. Don't take it as "gospel", but as a conversation starter.
