75 Hard is a mental toughness program designed by Andy Frisella over here at this website https://andyfrisella.com/ This program is designed to develop mental toughness, grit, fortitude, perseverance, and the like. This program is by no means easy but it is 100% worth it.
The rules are as follows:
1. Must Follow a Diet
2. No Cheat Meals
3. No Alcohol
4. 1 Gallon of water per day
5. Read 10 Pages of a book
6. 2 45 minute workouts and 1 must be outside
7. Take a progress picture
