Hello everyone and welcome back to Unlearn and Vibe on this week's episode Atania will be talking about a book she listened to on audible called Love What is by Byron Katie. Katie talks about her personal experience with depression and how one day things just changed for her. When this sudden change happened in her life, she didn't try to change anyone around her she accepted them for who they were and loved them unconditionally. You see most of the time we let our external factors affect us in ways that can lead us to major depression, sadness, anger, hate. But when we start accepting things as they are and stop seeing ourselves as the victim life because much more peaceful.  When we say these books are life changing, we are NOT kidding! Something that once felt IMPOSSIBLE to let go is now just a thought it no longer affects us. In order to change you have to want to no one else can do it for you!
