Simply learning from the results of your actions aren't enough. Observing what actions give you what results will only get you so far. As long as you keep taking the correct actions by pure chance, you're safe. But once you make a mistake, you not only need to observe the reason behind the mistake - but also observe the point-of-view from which you are looking at the reason for the mistake. After all, the main reason might be something totally different from what you see at first glance.
