In this episode, I share about the new realization that I have discovered recently. My Higher Power has revealed to me that since a super early age, I have been needing validation and approval from others to fill my bucket. Today, I realize that this pattern of behavior can be broken through more work. I discuss how I become a leader in everything I was apart of, how I over achieved in order to get validation. I am grateful for what I am learning and want to be the best version of myself today.
