Pandemic or not, start-ups are popping up at an exponential rate across emerging Europe and the rest of the world. Cities, regions and countries are now all trying to understand how to best assist these emergent ventures and how to establish the kind of environment that is conducive to increasing their success.

In the latest edition of Emerging Europe Talks, Andrew Wrobel speaks with Jerzy Brodzikowski, general manager at the Cambridge Innovation Centre Warsaw, about what comprises an entrepreneurial ecosystem that brings results.
