Craddick in the High Court of American Samoa, which considered whether: (1) conveyance of a beneficial interest in land to a non-Samoan constitutes "alienation" of land in violation of American Samoa's race restrictive land alienation laws and; (2) if so, does the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution forbid the enforcement of the land alienation laws?
