22: Executive Producer Tim Green - The Battle to Sell TV

Tim is now the CEO of Hall of Mirrors, an independent TV production company in Cardiff, South Wales. He has a wealth of experience in TV, having worked in several senior roles over the last 20 odd years, such Director, Series Producer, Executive Producer and even a commissioning executive for the BBC.
He has made shows and series all over the world such as Stephen Fry’s Last Chance To See where he filmed in the many exotic locations such rain forests, or The Secrets of Scott’s Hut filmed on location in Antarctic!
He's also exec produced shows closer to home such as the globally popular series The Call Centre and Hayley.
In this interview we talk about his career in TV, take an in depth look at the commissioning process with invaluable tips and advice on how to get your program idea developed and on to the screen. And of course there is advice for those who are looking to get into the industry.
