Heather Harris is a mother, wife, author, school teacher and a person in recovery from a mental health illness. At the age of 26, Heather was institutionalized and later diagnosed with a mental illness. After a 10 day stay in the hospital, Heather felt compelled to share her story. She Authored a book to share her story. Kevin and Heather talk about early life, growing up on a farm, and much much more.
