Creating a new habit requires initial motivation but what will keep you going are not these sparks of motivation (because they come and go) but consistency and actually sticking to them. After a break of around one month, I have slowly gotten into all of my habits again and since I'm doing the mindset work myself, I want to share with you how you can create new habits to live a happier, more fulfilled life that is aligned with your dreams. Because at the end of the day, it comes all down to action :) So this is a super practical episode and I hope you enjoy it.
