This week I take full responsibility for being a piece of sh*t! How else are we going to heal if we can’t admit our mistakes? I haven’t always been the best version of myself, but that’s what makes me human. Don’t let social media fool you into thinking anybody is as perfect as they present themselves to be online. I also talk about the importance of positive friendships and how to determine if your friend is a high vibrational friend vs. a low vibrational friend.
