The only aspect of life that is predictable is the unpredictability of it.  Feelings come up for a reason.  It is so critical to immerse ourselves in the present.  Everything that irritates us can lead to a better understanding of our self.   Our minds are incredibly powerful, yet we're not fully in control of them.  We're all simply driving in the dark.  Recognizing that what we project onto those around us are the items we're needing to work through.  Acceptance and love come to those who have worked through these inner challenges.  Too many taboo topics have been swept under the rug, that rug is now to lumpy to maintain a stable footing on and requires unpacking.  Join Kassidy Rae as she returns for another podcast with Rhys Seven to work at unpacking the rug of life and expose the hidden adventure.
