Janice is one of my favorite inspirational speakers. She wears her heart on her sleeve and is so deeply in touch with her emotional body, she is often close to tears when she speaks. Janice goes directly to the places that scare her and enjoys busting through her limiting beliefs, trying radical things like working through body shame by entering a bodybuilding competition or working through her beliefs about her sense of humor by joining a comedy group.
