Jessica Richards is the Program Director of the Master of Science in Marketing Research Graduate Program at Michigan State University. She is such a dynamic individual! Throughout her 18 years of experience, Jessica has served as a military leader, co-managed multi-million dollar fortune 500 company divisions, and excelled in executive leadership at Michigan State University.
