Fears of participants’ reactions can naturally hold people back from taking the plunge to start presenting webinars. We have to dare to get past that and take action despite our fears. People like to embrace imperfect people so we should not hesitate to share ourselves and become a presenter although we might not see ourselves as a polished expert.
