God's thoughts about each of us are more than the sand on the earth. Knowing these thoughts focus on His love for us, we can trust Him to take care of us. We can keep company with Him, be open with Him and know that He will never stop doing good in our lives. We can, indeed, trust Him with all that we have, all that we are, all that we have yet to experience.
