In big ways, in small ways and in every way in between- this idea of “showing up” is one of the most profound things we can do in friendship. This has become my manta. Also warning, there were for sure some tears this week, because community and friendship is something I am deeply passionate about and want for every single one of us.

Here’s my challenge, lets look for opportunities to just show up.
