From the wise words of Ms. Kylie Kristen Jenner, 2023 was really like the year of just realizing stuff. How did 2023 turn out for you? For me, last year was painful, it was uncomfortable. I grew a lot as a person both professionally and personally but for the most part, I look back at the year with not super fond memories due to all the unwelcomed change.

But don't worry friend, I’m not one to shy away from making lemons into lemonade. You best believe that I've wracked my brain to find some sort of lesson or take away from the crap shoot that was 2023.

And I'm sharing everything with you! No these realizations are not like your typical cliches, “if he wanted to he would...” Woof. I’m actually pretty proud of the insights I thunk up. 🧐🧠✨ So let’s start this new year off right. I hope what I learned in 2023 can help you as you navigate 2024.
