May is national mental health awareness and in today's episode I just talk to y'all about mental health and the strategies I take to help me gain a better understanding of my mental health. Your mental health is just like your physical health, you must do consistent work to have a healthy body, the same can go with mental health. It takes work to have a healthy mind.
