In this week's episode, I talk about the trend that has been blowing up everywhere (esp TikTok) and that is the THAT GIRL trend. Personally, I can appreciate why people find it inspiring and motivating, but I also wanted to discuss why I think it can be exclusive more than inclusive, as well as why I think it can set unrealistic expectations.
