He's a CEO, Business Owner, and Crypto and Blockchain Enthusiast. His business FTS Safety has positioned itself to make a significant impact in the safety industry by offering a specialised range of safety products, equipment and workwear, as well as safety training and safety consulting services.

Having been born and raised in one city, Durban, South Africa and not ventured away, other than holidays, business trips and expos. Phanda has temporarily stepped aside from the daily management of the businesses, rented out their family home, put belongings and memorabilia into storage and taken his wife and kids to live and school in Bali.

Outside of his family, work has always defined Phanda and been his primary sense of purpose. Not only driving sales but the game and relationships of business. Growing, acquiring and starting businesses has been a passion of his for over 20 years. Now in Bali, his attention is on family and his own health, career education and spiritual and physical learning.
