Like many things in the Kingdom of God, authority is a subject that often looks much different to God than it looks to the world. For example, while the disciples argued over greatness, Jesus taught us to be a servant of all. Today we’re tackling the topic of positional authority vs. moral authority. We’ll talk about the differences and explore the upside and downside of both. Moral authority may not come with the status or titles that we sometimes seek after, but we’ll see how it can actually create more influence and impact for good than climbing the world’s ladder of success.
