WOW! What an honor it was to interview child of divorce, divorce coach, podcast host, and co-parent: Kate Anthony. Kate hosts the podcast, The Divorce Survival Guide and gives her audience a plethora of resources on how to heal during/after divorce. In our conversation we talk about her experience as a child of divorce and one that grew up in the world of acting. We also speak on how that shaped her decisions later in life. When Kate realized she was not setting a good example of a healthy relationship for her son, whose name I mute, and she knew she had to get out.
