for the past 17 years I have had the pleasure of calling Frosty Banks one of my best friends. Frosty and I go back to culinary school buddies, both trying to finish out our degrees from a tough, cut throat, culinary program. In the years following culinary school, Frosty went from homeless culinary graduate, living in his car, to working three dead end jobs just to make ends meet, and now to living his dream in the film and podcast industry.
