Becoming your best advocate is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself. We sometimes hesitate to be our own advocate out of fear of being seen as selfish, but I am here today to not only put that misconception to rest but more importantly share how you can become your biggest advocate when it comes to your medical health, plus your professional and personal growth. I walk you through my personal experience of having gone blind in one eye, negotiating my raises with a previous boss, and how to leverage your advocacy for your health goals.
