In this episode, I shared a small discussion that I had with my brother. It was a very fruitful conversation that we had and it helped me gain a lot of knowledge about myself, what am I doing wrong or where I was wrong in my routine and how it can be changed, and how can I stay consistent in my routine.

He said a few things which I portrayed in the three-point below:

  • SYSTEM
  • CHANGE
  • LEISURE TIME 
  • These three points I think so are enough to create a very consistent routine for all of us and if we create a very perfect system for ourselves everything will fall perfectly in line and we will have all the energy to create a very consistent routine and for a fruitful outcome/day.
