Today, I talk about one of my favourite metaphor: The Bio dome metaphor.

I remember the first time i stepped foot in a Bio dome, I was fascinated. And as time went on, I realised that it is the perfect way to understand us as people. Bio dome are a beautiful oasis of diversity, beauty, just like you. I think the best way to take care of yourself, but also, to be in relationship with people is to see yourself as a beautiful rich Bio Dome.

In today’s episode, I dive deeper into what i mean by that, hoping that it will all make sense when i put my thoughts into words
