I had a brilliant idea once. Put up an ‘interview tent’ in a busy city and invite passers-by to come in and tell their stories.

I didn’t do it.

But StoryCorps did! 15 years later they’ve collected stories from over a quarter of a million people, each telling stories about their lives, archiving their wisdom to be heard from one generation to the next.

Their Mission? Preserve and share humanity’s stories in order to build connections between people and create a more just and compassionate world.
