Mary joined Changeboard in 2007 and became chief editor in 2013. She is responsible for architecting inspirational content about the future of work, across a global portfolio of print and digital publications for the business and also for third-parties. Under her leadership, Future Talent magazine has been recognised as HR Publication of the Year three times in four years at the Willis Towers Watson industry awards.

Hugely passionate about diversity, equality and inclusion for all, Mary has worked as a volunteer mentor with Cambridge University as part of its aims to raise aspiration and widen participation from all backgrounds.
Mary holds an MA Honours degree in English Literature from Cambridge University. She lives in London with her husband and son.

As mum to a toddler, Mary shares the challenges of returning to work after maternity and how she manages to juggle all of the balls and recognising she does the best that she can.
She is an advocate of healthy eating and exercise, having changed her lifestyle and lost weight she carried in her early twenties.
Mary is motivated by creating and finds fulfilment in her work as a magazine editor and she also loves supporting people and helping people in underprivileged areas to access opportunities.
An uplifting and inspiring half hour.
