In order to reduce the amount of anxiety and stress during my weeks, I decided several years back that I needed 2 days to be able to focus on admin, connect with my trades, be available for my design team, or be able to go get groceries or get my freakin' hair done if I needed to squeeze it in!

Which resulted in "No Client Monday's & Friday's"...
