Welcome back to Season 2 of Diversity Goes to Work! Our guest today is the new Dean of the Mason School of Business Todd Mooradian. Todd was a fixture in the Mason School for nearly 30 years serving as both a faculty member and Associate Dean for Faculty and Academic Affairs. He left in 2017 to serve as the Dean of the College of Business at the University of Louisville. His commitment to DEI work runs deep and has had a huge impact on our own DEI efforts here at the Mason School.
