Tony runs Plus One Exp, a weird brand that multiclasses in tabletop game design, beard & skincare alchemy & the bardic college of content creation. Our passion at Plus One Exp is help create more sustainable pathways to publication and play.

I cannot say enough good things about Tony. He and his channel has been a force for good in the Indie TTRPG community, helping bring awareness to the work of a lot of creators from all over the world, and not only that. Now Plus One Exp is creating opportunities for Indie RPG designers to put their work in front of many people with their RPG Zine Club!

We obviously talked about all that, his journey in the TTRPG space, how he can wear almost any hat in the production of a game, how his work experience and journey through other spaces helped him bring a new look and way to do things in our hobby, and a lot more.

We talk about fatherhood, mental health, religion, spirituality, people we admire, weird games we play, and a lot more. Tony doesn't hold back and is very open, which is lovely for everyone!
