Got a question the other day what is a  Nolle Prosqui? Well, a Nolle Prosqui  is Georgia's way of saying that they are dismissing the citation that means the prosecutors are no longer going to pursue prosecution of that particular crime whether it's a misdemeanor felony, what have you. And so if you receive something that says an order for Nolle Prosqui that is a dismissal in the eyes of the state of Georgia. Chances are absolutely it is as long as the judges signed off on the order and it's file stamped.
