This episode (Part 2 of my interview with David) talks about mentorship, what makes a good mentor and what qualities must a mentee have for a successful transfer of knowledge can occur.
About David:
After 40 years in private practice as a medical doctor, in March 2019, David successfully completed, as a full-time student, a Masters of Health Management, majoring in Health Policy, Strategy and Systems and Inter-Professional Collaboration. During this time, David also attained national accreditation as a Mediator/Conflict Resolution Manager and, as a result, actively provides pro bono mediation services to the SA Magistrates Courts.
David is a current SA member of the Thought Leadership group within the Resolution Institute and has a monthly thought-provoking article in each Pulse newsletter.
