Derrick Stafford has refereed NBA games for 31 seasons. He was well-regarded for his experience, consistency and professionalism. 

Derrick shared his thoughts on some of the current NBA rules and changes, his friendship with Charles Barkley and Mark Cuban comment the most difficult player he had referee, and his up close and personal insights on MJ, Kobe and LeBron.

Derrick also discusses the role many parents play in the detriment of many AAU and potential pro athletes.
