It's painful to keep cycling up and down in your weight; and as angry and as frustrated as you might be, I want you to know that there is a reason why your weight is going up and down.
That's why it's worth unlocking what's going on under the surface of your overeating, bingeing, or any other action that you keep telling yourself that you are going to change, but never happens. That's why this question will help you get to the source of what's going on inside of your relationship with food, inside of your mind, and inside of your feelings.
You can do hard things. You can face discomfort and blast through it. Of course, you can!
But you have to believe that you can lose weight, that it’s possible to live in a thinner and healthier body, and be willing to face any discomfort that might come along the way as you create this new version of yourself and your health. Your life is NOT a dress rehearsal!
