Suzanne's mission is to normalise grief and support those experiencing it to understand how grief works and how to support others through it. She works with organisations and businesses to build the skills and protocols to better support people who are grieving at work.

During our conversation Suzanne shares how as a grieving mom she has found meaning in her loss and understanding how grief really works. She provides practical advice for supporting grieving individuals and talks about the grief we are all experiencing as a collective.
