Liene Stevens is an author, behavioral psychologist, and the founder and CEO of Think Splendid, a boutique consulting firm that solves the complex challenges that industry leaders, luxury brands, and tourism destinations encounter in the $1.3 trillion global wedding market.
Working with clients in 97 countries and across every stage of the supply chain, Liene has developed plans for floral farms and wholesale distributors, fixed underperforming wedding operations for world-class resorts, increased visitor lifetime value for tourism destinations, and taken luxury wedding professionals from in-the-red to in-the-black.
In addition, Liene's research on consumer behavior has been taught in the MBA curriculum at 41 universities, including Cornell, Notre Dame, the University of Capetown, and Bangkok University -- as well as cited in more than 30 scientific and academic journals, including the Journal of Festival Management & Event Tourism and the African Journal of Hospitality, Tourism, and Leisure.
