Whether your blind, have a mobility problem or just out walking with a pram, cars parked on pavements aren't just an obstacle, they can cause you to walk into danger.

 The charity Guide Dogs is calling for the law to be tightened on pavement parking, extending powers currently being used in London, across the country.

 They will be hosting an event at Westminster to highlight the dangers that walking out into a busy road can cause, as well as other hazards that are becoming common place on our streets.
