During his time at companies like Apple, Google, and Borland, he was technical, very technical. Now living again in Belgium, Tom is now CEO and Founder of Salesnudge, a SaaS platform that helps sales managers getting the right insights into the data in order to coach the sales people.

And this is very interesting to see how Tom as a technical person is shifting towards a more commercial role as CEO.

I really admire Tom for his openminded mindset and the way he is building a new company and letting go of his more technical legacy.
