After being denied from 80 to 100 positions, a Black man Derek Mobley is suing the Workday, a talent acquisition system company because their AI is disqualifying applicants who are black, disabled or over the age of 40. This is just another example of how barriers are being set up against many people which leads Dr. Ken Harris to question who are the people building the Algorithms for these systems?
